Syria Praises
Iran's Nuclear Achievements

-- In what amounted to further cooperation between Syria and Iran, the new
Syrian Minister of Information Mahdi Dakhlallah emphasized on Sunday the
importance of further Iran-Syria cooperation on issues related to the mass
media.
Dakhlallah, after meeting with with Iran's ambassador to Syria, voiced his
country's readiness to expand relations between the media of the two
countries and called for exchange of visits by the two country's media
officials. He praised Iran's achievements in sciences a as source of pride
for all Muslims referring to Iran's nuclear work.
At the meeting, Iran's ambassador Mohammad Reza Baqeri stressed the
importance of further expansion of Iran-Syria relations in all fields
saying that Tehran-Damascus relations is at the service of the world of
Islam. Although, he did not mention sciences by name,
the implication is that cooperation at all levels is the intended purpose.
