Rabbinical exoteric-level discourse on the matter has maintained unified anciently Jewish pre-Talmudic national memory to some degree while exoterically casting some appropriate doubt with regard to the redemptive “ten-tribes-narrative” so as to not only properly maintain historical truth but also so as to protect Crypto-Jewish ethnicities from persecution. The questioning of the Jewishness of the Crypto-Jewish Pashtuns is generally prejudicial in the sense that if a nominally Christian community in Spain or Portugal were to exhibit as many exoteric public Jewish traditions as do the Pashtuns, no one would seriously question their Jewish origins & identity. While of course there would be little sense for Crypto-Jewish human majority ethnicities such as tens of millions of Kurds & Pashtuns to collectively all leave the majority Crypto-Jewish lands of Kurdistan & Pashtunistan and all move to the land of Israel, rather the long envisioned Jewish national unification between Judah & Israel is distinctly politically possible by means of incrementally politically uniting liberal-democratic, sovereign-indigenous Israel with majority Crypto-Jewish lands across the broader region into a new increasingly unified federal-democratic Israel.
The political unification of the Pan-Jewish nation (Judah & Israel) will thus at least initially be primarily geographic rather than demographic. The long-term Jewish historical narrative of ultimate national unification of Judah & Israel should thus properly be construed as an exoterically-politically proto-messianic protective historico-political metaphor for uniting the long dreamed of sovereign-indigenous, openly Jewish majority nation in the land of Israel with majority Crypto-Jewish lands across the broader region. The ancient Pan-Jewish political vision that the-other-Israel will reunite with Judah without actually the former relocating to the land of Israel has historically been exoterically articulated by the rabbis of Talmudic Judaism as allegedly being contradictory. Yet, there is certainly no contradiction whatsoever in this respect.
Even so, the Crypto-Jewish land of Aram is also located in the broader geographical unit of the land of Israel and although the Judeo-Christian Arameans constitute a vast demographic majority in the land of Aram, most Arameans live elsewhere without having an Aramean state of their own in which to seek refuge from persecutions on the part of Muslim imperialism. Indeed, the geographic name of the land of Aram is one that is no less geographically indispensable than are e.g. the names of Kurdistan & Pashtunistan. Crypto-Jewish Arameans, both Mandean and Judeo-Christian thus share with Talmudic Jewry the immensely tragic historical experience of living in involuntary minoritized dispersal and suffering imperialist religious persecution away from their own portion of the broader land of Israel. The Crypto-Jewish Arameans in dispersal must thus certainly be legally entitled to repatriate to the land of Aram where they constitute a vast demographic majority and there establish a free Aramean state as a free and equal member state of a unified federal-democratic nation of Israel so as to achieve perpetual peace & advanced democracy as a free people in their own land.
Indeed, the broader nation of Israel is one that is so immensely involuntarily historically fragmented in so many ways and mostly so due to intrusive religious imperialism emanating from Europe & Arabia, yet this imposed multiple political detachment within the Pan-Jewish nation is certainly something that must no more be politically perpetuated. The Pan-Jewish nation is ethnically & genetically diverse and is composed of both (1) historically mostly demographically majority Crypto-Jewish ethnicities such as Lurs and Albanians as well as (2) historically often minoritized Jewish/Crypto-Jewish ethnicities, many of whom have historically developed into on average & comparatively so socio-economically high-achieving various distinctive Jewish/Crypto-Jewish subspecies, in the sense that only the more intelligent in so many persecuted generations tended to historically survive intrusive religious imperialism while yet many others were either murdered or more or less forcibly converted to religious imperialism by European Christendom and by Islamdom. The more socio-economically high-achieving in these communities were thus better positioned so as to survive persecution & be able to afford to pay historical discriminatory taxation such as the Islamic poll tax Jizyah. The more intelligently affluent in such Jewish/Crypto-Jewish, mostly minority ethnicities could thus easier survive persecutions by oppressive & intrusive religious imperialism such as by successfully relocating to another region or area with at the time relatively speaking preferable prevailing political conditions.
Christians of ethnically pagan origin in West Asia were thus faster Islamized than endogamous Judeo-Christian Aramaic ethnicities who had most probably already historically developed some significant over-average intelligence and did thus manage to some degree to continue to survive religious imperialism by thus increasingly developing comparatively significantly higher intelligence as a genetic byproduct of religious persecution in so many generations through this immensely tragic, yet in so many ways ultimately and indisputably so genetically successful evolutionary selection. The Aramaic Crypto-Jewish Mandeans similarly survived persecution through this kind of evolutionary selection for development of comparatively very high average intelligence and also did so through extremely strict endogamous matrimonial practices whereby a Mandean is officially doctrinally defined as a person with no less than two Mandean biological parents. Thus, both Judeo-Christian Arameans & Mandean Arameans are fully Aramean in the sense of their living Aramaic cultural heritage and are fully Jewish in the sense of retaining their own Crypto-Jewish ethnicities and hence also maintaining Jewish nationality in crypto-form in the face of so many centuries & generations of terribly imposed persecution & terror under the political matrices of intrusive religious imperialism.
While Ashkenazi Jews are globally the most well-known, comparatively socio-economically high-achieving ethnicity & subspecies (although many ethnically Ashkenazi Jews now have non-Ashkenazi or mixed genetic origins), so have also most other (although not all) Talmudically Jewish ethnicities thus developed higher average intelligence in Diaspora through selective survival of imperialist persecution than was historically developed in the historical human demographic surroundings in Diaspora and hence also constitute various behaviorally distinctive subspecies in their own right. Yet, the various Talmudically Jewish subspecies (most of whom now mainly live in sovereign-indigenous Israel) increasingly do engage in demographically significant intra-Jewish miscegenation in liberal-democratic, sovereign-indigenous Israel. There is in fact no other contemporary land in the human world where such diverse contemporary human miscegenation is more prevalent than in liberal-democratic, sovereign-indigenous Israel. While especially valuable alleles of Jewish/Crypto-Jewish subspecies have historically developed & spread through Jewish/Crypto-Jewish endogamy among survivors of religious/racial persecution and their descendants, especially valuable alleles & donated ova/seed from persons with especially attractive cognitive profiles within the Pan-Jewish nation should be highly ethically shared (a) among the Pan-Jewish peoples & member states of an increasingly politically unified federal-democratic nation of Israel as well as (b) with friendly human nations supportive of Pan-Jewish political unification specifically and universal emancipation generally, including universal idiomatic statehood.
While it is true that Kurds are indeed partly descendants of the ten Israelite tribes deported to what historically developed into Crypto-Jewish Kurdistan, yet Kurds (who are not alone in partly having this descent) are also to a more significant degree descendants of converts to ancient Judaism and many still practice forms of esoteric Judaism, including Yarsanism, Yezidism and most prominently so Esoteric Hellenist Judaism (i.e. Alevism.) Many who have been more or less Islamized continue to practice Esoteric Judaism as part of Sufi orders and/or village community traditional practices. Indeed, ancient Judaism usually spread in the context of Jewish matrimonial miscegenation with converts to Judaism and some forms of Crypto-Judaism still actively invite & subsequently convert so desiring denominationally exterior persons, most prominently done so globally by the Crypto-Jewish Ismailis as well as mostly so among Islamized Crypto-Jewish ethnicities by the Bektashi Order of Alevi Hellenist Judaism.
While many Jewish/Crypto-Jewish ethnicities to some extent partially share a common Israelite genetic origin, miscegenation with converts to ancient Judaism was historically characteristic of Jewish ethnicities in Antiquity before historically becoming subject to religious persecution & imperialist proscription of conversion to Judaism with the coming of the long tragic era of intrusive religious imperialism. Yet, even contemporary, increasingly intermarrying ethnically Ashkenazi Jews, often part of the distinctive Ashkenazi subspecies – in Diaspora in Europe, the Americas and elsewhere – yes do tend to procreate with on average similarly socio-economically high-achieving ethnically external mates of various ethnic/genetic origins – which means that non-Halachic Talmudically Jewish Diaspora congregations that inclusively & proactively welcome (1) patrilineal Talmudic Jews, (2) new converts to Talmudic Judaism and (3) non-Jewish spouses/partners of Talmudic Jews – are indeed continuing a proud & ancient Jewish historical tradition of evolutionary miscegenation that indeed predates the era of intrusive religious imperialism.
It is also important to understand that the Pan-Jewish nation is ethnically diverse and secretive Esoteric Judaism as practiced to various degrees of openness & community participation is no less ancient and indeed genuinely Jewish than is the historically evolving Judaism of Talmudic Jews. Rather, Talmudic Jewry is a fairly small minority within the Pan-Jewish nation, albeit constituting a vast civic majority in liberal-democratic, sovereign-indigenous Israel. Furthermore, there is no sharp dividing line in Islamdom between esoteric Islam and esoteric Judaism as many Crypto-Jewish ethnicities (such as among the various Ismaili Crypto-Jewish ethnicities) have become exoterically Islamized to varying degrees while indeed retaining their Crypto-Jewish ethnicities throughout the generations. Yet, this significant historico-religious integration could very well be compared to how the “modernizing” Talmudically Jewish non-Haredi denominations have in practice reconstructed Talmudic Judaism in modernity in the image of the overarching cultural umbrella of a superficially secularized Euro-Christian metaphysics usually referred to as Liberalism. While it is true that Jews of Antiquity (a) could belong to a further religion while remaining fully Jewish by ethnicity & nationality and also (b) practiced patrilineal descent, yet who said these Jewish cultural practices & religious standards ever ended?
Not only do liberal-democratic, sovereign-indigenous Israel and the many various Crypto-Jewish lands & peoples in the broader region very much mutually need each other in many mutually ethico-political ways, but Pan-Jewish national unification by means of a new & increasingly unified federal-democratic Israel must be one of mutually respectful coexistence with respect to various ethically acceptable traditional community practices. Not only are there multiple successful Jewish/Crypto-Jewish historical community strategies for surviving intrusive religious imperialism, but there are also no doubt certainly far more than one ultimately generationally sustainable way to ethically live Pan-Jewish culture.
Uniting the broader disjoined Pan-Jewish nation into a new federal-democratic Israel means that all citizens of the various federal Israeli member states will thus be officially positioned to very proudly call themselves Israelis. This is particularly significant since the Hebrew word Israeli means both modern Israeli and ancient Israelite as the peculiar spelling “Israelite” is a mere historical innovation of biblical translation. Furthermore, members of other human nations wholly external the Pan-Jewish nation and who will also be minority citizen of federal Israeli member states should feel fully unrestricted to personally choose (or indeed not to choose) whether to (1) freely assimilate into Pan-Jewish majority society, (2) fully retain their own non-Jewish ethnicity & nationality or (3) live some combination of the two. While historically very understandable, yet ethically quite deplorable contemporary practices of intra-Jewish national ethnic excommunication in response to intrusive religious imperialism do exist and are still practiced among & within many of the various different ethnicities & denominations of the Pan-Jewish nation. Yet, this should most certainly have no place in an emancipated-liberated & increasingly politically unified federal-democratic nation of Israel.
The Pan-Jewish nation is one that has long been suppressed by religious imperialism emanating from both Europe & Arabia and to bring political freedom & federal-democratic unification to this broader nation in the broader region is certainly – as leading Islamist enemies of open society acknowledge – indeed a very crucial element in winning Cold War II & bringing culturally sensitive universal emancipation generally and responsible democratization & universal idiomatic statehood specifically to the broader region. The ethnically and religiously inclusive international movement for Jewish national liberation is the only movement of national liberation ever in history that is truly universal in demanding self-determination for all human nations. The principle of unified idiomatic statehood (including for the countryless Dom, Lom and Rom) will once increasingly politically implemented serve to also increasingly bring freedom for all by undoing political designs for group domination over other persons with emotions.
