Open invitation to Mr Walid Jumblatt

As a leader of the Druze community in Lebanon you have all the right to express your political views in local and international circles representing  your own  aspirations and that of your constituents. We the Lebanese in the Diaspora believe in democracy and we inhale day in and day out the air of freedom . We’re sorry  but  we have to say it loud and clear : We are disappointed with your latest declarations . Some politicians in Lebanon and other intruders to the winds of change  who represent nobody but themselves within the so called “Kornet Shahwan” and the “Bristol” gathering may have asked you to speak in their name! . MAKE NO MISTAKES, no mandate was bestowed upon you by the grassroots of the unwavering exiled Lebanese opposition to act on their behalf or to be  their SPOKESMAN . As far as we’re concerned , the Taif agreement is dead and buried .No need to dig out a stinking corpse.  UNSCR 1559 is alive and kicking and if need be other resolutions will be forthcoming.

                     Hizbollah might have organized a massive demonstration thanks to the hordes of Syrian soldiers stationed on Lebanese soil , the hundred of thousands of Syrian illegal workers in Lebanon and the tens of thousands of “one day” Syrian tourists rushed in from Damascus in busses with no licence plates . Let it be known that terror and the rogue states that  promote terrorist acts will never call the shots in Lebanon any longer. Hizbolla  is nothing but one voice among many others. Hizbolla by the force of its “Farissi” supplied  arms  and fat bank accounts might think their voice is the loudest . That is not so because the voice of the Lebanese in “ Liberty Square” , in the Diaspora , and the free world is speaking louder.                   

                   We , the Lebanese freedom lovers  in the Diaspora will not allow intruders and profiteers to spoil our long and stubborn efforts to liberate Lebanon in full , restore the rule of law in the Land of the Cedars and reclaim the usurped dignity of our Lebanese army .There is no turning back Walid Bayk . The train is in full speed on the road to freedom . It is time to book yourself a seat and catch it at the next stop. We have always accepted and respected you as a tribal Leader who has been dedicated to his people, but you have to fully defend the Lebanese interests , territorial integrity , Sovereignty and true Independence of Lebanon so we can embrace! you as a “National Leader” among others .

                            And please buddy , next time you give a press conference in Europe or anywhere else  don’t forget the white and red scarf at your hotel suite . We invite you to wear it around your neck .
